Let’s keep it Short The staff where absolutely lovely. Kind, Helpful all the time. The Room where very clean. Every day. It was our second stay on Holbox. So we see a lot of the Island and this Hotel had the best Place !

So far I am loving this place, location is amazing and overall the people are so helpful from the host Hugo assisting us with our early arrival. I love that fact that we had breakfast included and it wasn't just toast and coffee it was a full on breakfast option, our waiter Raul was super attentive and respectful. We also met Marco who also assisted us with finding things to do he was another employee who made our time even on the island and this beautiful hotel more enjoyable. I would definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family!

Very beautiful hotel, they have rooms with a private plunge pool. The breakfast is perfect everyday and als the taco's for lunch were amazing. You do need a taxi to go to the centre, but the reception calls them for you. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great time here! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the poolside area is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. A big thank you to Zuriyana for her amazing breakfast service, Olga for her warm smile and eagerness to help, and Abraham and Raul for being so attentive. Also, a special thanks to all the other lovely staff whose names we didn’t get — you were all wonderful! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again soon.

We stayed for 3 days, everything perfect, beautiful grounds and great service. Some people will say its a bit remote, but its fine, lots of other places nearby if you want a different place to eat, but town is just a $10 taxi/buggy away. Dont hesitate, stay !

Located far from the more crowded area of the island, this hotel was all beach vibes. From the beach house decor in the rooms to the boardwalks connecting the different areas, it was all beach life. The staff was great, food was delicious. It took a long time to get our food or drinks, it didn't seem like it was well-staffed. The mosquitos, while not the hotels fault, were still incredibly annoying - be warned! It's a short walk to the real beach and a gorgeous sunset every night. The pool was nice too although not very practical for swimming. My petty issue with this place was the bathroom sink. It was this long, trough like sink that was easily 4' long and 1.5' wide. It was a thick slab and so not very deep. Not only was it ugly and not useful, it took up what would be helpful and needed counterspace. I had nowhere to set my toiletries down because this enormous "sink" was taking up all the space. Same as in the shower, there was this huge void in the stall where some shelves should be installed. I had to place all my things on the floor since the nearest hook was so far from the water. They sacrificed utility for design and it made for extremely annoying hygiene routines. But overall it was one of my favorite hotels on my trip. I'd stay there again

First off I’d like to say the staff here makes this hotel a very enjoyable. We felt safe with security (Eric) on stand by all night. Not that it’s needed because this island feels super peaceful and safe but it was nice to know. The pool at this hotel is soooo nice! Marco at the hotel was very resourceful during our stay. We also had the best breakfast with the most beautiful view of Punta coco! So far amazing!

We had a lovely stay at Delek Resort and are very glad we chose it. After a last-minute change from another hotel, Cloe kindly arranged a room for us on short notice and even stayed late to check us in, which made our arrival to the island seamless. The hotel sits on the quieter side of Holbox, around a 10-minute cycle from the main town — a great balance between calm surroundings and easy access to restaurants and shops. It’s perfectly positioned on the beach, with plenty of sun loungers, cabanas, a relaxed pool area, and bar service throughout the day. We spent most afternoons between the pool and beach, and it’s also a great spot for sunset. Communication with the team was easy via WhatsApp, with quick responses whether we needed housekeeping or local recommendations. Rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The included Breakfast quickly became a highlight — starting with a fresh fruit bowl followed by made-to-order dishes with both Mexican and international options. We also ate lunch and dinner here and found the food consistently very good. Prices for foods and drink are also reasonable and on par or cheaper than other restaurants on the island with comparable quality. A relaxed, well-run hotel in a beautiful beachfront setting.
